Modifying The Ratslayer Pistol In Fallout: New Vegas
Ratslayer is a great early game rifle. It's powerful enough to kill small animals and most raiders with one shot, especially if you have a high critical chance, but it's nowhere near as powerful. A critical shot is double, so that's 46 at base. At 100 guns skill, it's either 69 (46 + 23) or 92 (46 + 46). Not sure how that works.
